Coopers® Prebiotic & Postbiotic Gut Support Pellets for Horses is a prebiotic and postbiotic pellet to be mixed with feed or fed alone. It is naturally rich in free amino acids and amino acid derivatives, including GABA, which is involved in maintaining a normal emotional state.
It is for daily use to help maintain normal gut function and maintain optimum body condition during periods of high energy requirements, such as in-foal mares, youngsters, and competition horses. It is also for nutritional recovery, convalescence, and horses finding it challenging to maintain their condition.
Instructions
120g - 240g daily to be fed alone or mixed with feed
Body weight recovery:
240g/day (2 scoops) for 3 weeks, then continue with routine daily use. In extreme cases, 480g/day (4 scoops) can be given for the first 10 days.
For competing horses, do not exceed 120g/day. The recommended daily amount avoids the risk of positive results (related to the product) during anti-doping controls.
Brood mares:
240g/day (2 scoops), start between 30 and 60 days before foaling and continue until 10 to 60 days after foaling.
Foals/Youngsters:
To support optimum body condition: 60g (½ scoops) to 120g (1 scoop) per day.
