If you have emailed us, please wait 3 working days before contacting us by phone or other channels so we can help as many of you and avoid duplicate handling on same matter.
If you are checking if a prescription you or your vet have sent has been approved, please allow 48 hours before contacting us. Once the prescription has been approved you will get a confirmation email, if there is an issue with the prescription, we will call or email you.
