We are busier than ever before, and there may be some short delays in a small number of prescription orders being processed. We are working to resolve this, and most orders are still being delivered within our stated delivery service. 

We expect to be back to providing the service you and your pet expect and deserve very soon, but until then, we thank you for your continued support for Pet Drugs Online. 

Our phone lines are currently closed while our agents work to approve an unprecedented number of prescription requests in time for Christmas.

  • If you are waiting for a prescription, you will receive an email or an SMS message from us once your prescription has been approved.
  • If you need to order a prescription, you can do this online. Read our helpful guide here.
  • For urgent queries, our web chat is open.
  • If you are calling about an order that has not yet been received, please refer to the tracking details included in your order confirmation email.
