Ecuphar Cavalesse® Oral Solution for Horses is a complementary feed to reduce itching that is caused by insect bites. It is beneficial for sweet itch.

This nutritional supplement is a source of an essential vitamin (Nicotinamide) and minerals (Sodium and Magnesium) to support the skin barrier and the body's natural defences, in particular during the grazing season. 

The Cavalesse includes: 3 x 20g Sachets, 1 x pipette, 1 x Mixing Bottle

Instructions

It is important to start the nutritional supplement at least 3 weeks before the expected period of itching. Give the product by preference at nightfall and if possible, put the horse on stable.

Pour the content of the sachet into the corresponding bottle and fill the bottle with tap water up to the 80ml mark. 

Shake well until a clear solution is obtained.

Draw up the correct quantity with the provided syringe and sprinkle it over the feed. 

  • Horses and ponies weighing less than 500kg: 2ml per day 
  • Horses weighing more than 500kg: 3ml per day.
