What Are Subscriptions

The new Pet Drugs Online subscription service allows you to order your favourite products quickly and easily in just one order! 

Our commitment-free subscriptions allow you full flexibility on when and how often you receive the products your pet needs while saving you time on ordering. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime, and we’re always on hand to help you with any problems you might have. 

The Pet Drugs Online subscription service takes the time out of constant ordering and offers you a quick, easy and convenient way to order your pet’s essentials, leaving you with more time to love them well.

How to Activate a Subscription

Activating your Pet Drugs Online subscription couldn’t be simpler. All you need to do is:

  1. Find the product you’d like a subscription for. 
  2. Choose the subscription option on the product page.
  3. Choose the frequency of your subscription (Options range from once a week to every six months).
  4. Add the product to your basket.
  5. Complete your checkout and pay. 

Once this is complete, your first order will be placed, your new subscription will be activated, and you will receive an email with all the necessary information and your order confirmation email. 

How to Modify Your Subscription

Once your subscription is activated, you can find all the details of your Subscription(s) under My Account with the rest of your details. 

By clicking on the My Subscriptions tab, you can:

  • View your active subscriptions (including subscription number, subscription start date, subscription frequency, amount of orders to date)
  • Edit your Active subscription
  • View your past orders and order history
  • View and edit your subscription delivery details
  • View and edit your subscription payment details 
  • View and edit your subscription frequency
  • Pause, Skip or Cancel your subscription. 

To make any changes to your subscription, simply: 

  1. Click on the tab with the details you’d like to change (eg. delivery, payment or quantity) 
  2. Click the Modify button in the top right corner
  3. Make the changes you want 
  4. Click the Apply Changes button

And that’s it! Once you make changes to your account, you’ll receive an email to confirm the changes have been made. You can see all the changes you’ve made to your subscription in the History tab.

What Happens If My Subscription Product Is Out of Stock?

If your chosen subscription product is out of stock, then your order will fail to go through. We will try and process your order 3 more times after the first failure (once a day) in case the item has returned in stock. 

If this fails, your subscription will be suspended, and we will email you details on what to do next. 

What Happens If My Subscription Product is Discontinued?

If your subscription product has been discontinued, then we will unfortunately not be able to process your order. In this instance, we will email you to inform you of the issue, and your subscription will be cancelled. 

Can I Place Subscription and Non-Subscription Orders at the Same Time?

Yes! You can still order other products in the same basket as your subscription items. 

This does not mean these products will be added to your subscription, but you will receive two separate confirmation emails — one to confirm your order and the second to confirm the activation of your subscription. 

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Yes. If you change your mind and want to cancel your subscription, go to My Account and view your subscriptions under the My Subscriptions tab. 

Here, you can view your current subscriptions. Simply click the Cancel button, and you’ll be able to cancel your repeat order. 

Cancellations must be made before your order has been dispatched.
