Dechra SPECIFIC® CDD Adult Allergen Management Dry Dog Food is recommended for dogs with food allergy or intolerance, generally resulting in dermatological and gastrointestinal disorders. Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Gastrointestinal diseases such as diarrhoea, vomiting and flatulence. Maldigestion. Urolithiasis (only dry diet).

Dechra SPECIFIC® CDD Adult Allergen Management Dry Dog Food contains restricted ingredients and is based on egg and rice. Both ingredients have low allergenicity, making them perfect ingredients for hypoallergenic diets. The high quality and highly digestible ingredients make the diet especially useful for patients with slight intestinal diarrhoea. Psyllium husk is a gel-forming soluble fibre that absorbs several times its weight in liquid and is known for its beneficial effect on regulating gastrointestinal tract activity. Purine is the precursor for urate crystals. The shallow dietary content of purine, combined with the reduced protein level and the induced alkaline urine pH, makes it the first choice to reduce urate crystal formation.

This diet is not recommended for young puppies and pregnant or lactating bitches. Dogs with proven hypersensitivity to egg/rice.
