Yes – you can join or leave PetSaver at any time by contacting our Customer Support Team at petsaver@petdrugsonline.co.uk or by calling 01761 250 850.

If you cancel within the 14 days of joining or renewing, you may be eligible for a refund. We’ll simply deduct the value of any benefits you’ve already used during that time. For more information, please see section 7 of the PetSaver Terms and Conditions.

After the 14-day cooling off period, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel after this point, your PetSaver benefits will end, so we recommend making the most of your membership and the savings available during your plan.

You can view all your PetSaver Silver or PetSaver Gold plan details in My Account, along with details of your prescriptions and/or Easy Repeat subscription orders.

For our free to join PetSaver Bronze, you’ll need to opt-in to marketing to receive your welcome offer and stay in the know for future pet updates and offers.

Your PetSaver benefits start right away. As soon as you sign up for PetSaver Bronze or purchase a PetSaver  Silver or Gold plan, your membership is activated. Once you receive your order confirmation email, you can start enjoying your discounts immediately.

Just remember to log into your online account when you shop, so your discounts and benefits are applied.

24/7 online vet consultations
After purchasing a PetSaver plan, you’ll receive a welcome email from PawSquad with instructions to complete your registration and access your 24/7 online vet consultation benefit. This email can take up to 24 hours to arrive, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Your PetSaver discounts apply to online orders only and not for those orders placed on the phone. You must be logged into your online account and have an active subscription for PetSaver discounts to apply. PetSaver discounts apply to products only, not to delivery fees or other charges and are visible at the checkout.

Absolutely! Anyone can join PetSaver Bronze for free, or you can upgrade to Silver or Gold whenever you like at the standard plan price.

Upgrading your plan is easy – just choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to and add it to your basket! As soon you’ve paid for your order and received your confirmation email, your new plan will be live.

With PetSaver Silver you’ll enjoy free standard delivery on every order, up to 25 deliveries per year.

With PetSaver Gold you’ll enjoy free priority next-day delivery on every order, up to 25 deliveries per year.

Just make sure you’re logged into your account when you shop, so your delivery benefits are automatically applied at checkout.

If you choose a faster or more expensive delivery option, the full cost of that delivery method will be charged at checkout.

Your PetSaver plan lasts 12 months and renews automatically each year, so your benefits continue without interruption.

We’ll send you a reminder at least 30 days before your renewal date. This will include details of the renewal and how to turn off auto-renewal if you decide not to continue.

If auto-renewal is still turned on when your plan renews, the annual fee will be charged to your saved payment card at the then-current rate, and your membership will continue for another 12 months.

You can switch off auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date in your account.

You also have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase or renewal. During this time, you can cancel your plan by contacting our Customer Support Team by email or phone. Please include your name, email address, and, if available, your phone number and home address. If you’ve already used any benefits during this period, your refund may be adjusted accordingly.
