We have come a long way in the past twenty years, from humble beginnings in a vet’s office in Bath to being one of the biggest suppliers of veterinary medicines and pet supplies in the country. And we are only getting started...

2026
- Awarded out 6th platinum service award
2025
- Awarded out 5th platinum service award
- Celebrating our 20th anniversary
- Attended the UK Digital Excellence Awards and won Stand out B2C eCommerce Website of the Year.
2024
- Our teams answered 321k customer calls and responded to 403k emails.
- Awarded Feefo 10 Years of Excellence Award
- True to our values, we also partnered with Cotswold’s Cats and Dogs Home.
2023
- Launched our Easy-Repeat subscription service and hit 150 employees and counting.
2019
- Earned our first Feefo Platinum Service award
2018
- We teamed up with Direct Line to allow customers to claim up to £15 to help cover the cost of their vet prescription fee.
2017
- We also hit over 1m orders and dispensed more than 10m prescription medicine tablets.
2016
- For more room, we moved for the 5th time to Burnett Business Park.
- We registered with the VMD Accredited Internet Retailer Scheme in 2016.
2015
- Pet Drugs Online named ‘Mobile Site of the Year’ and ‘Best Pharmacy and Health Site’ at the Online Retail Awards.
2010
- Our selling channels expanded, and we launched on Amazon Marketplace, with eBay following in 2011.
2007
- We sponsored Crufts for the first time.
2006
- Moved to Newbridge Veterinary Surgery in Bath.
2005
- Pet Drugs Online was founded at Saltford Veterinary Surgery.
