The Competition

1. These terms and conditions apply to the PDOL Cat Giveaway Competition ("the Giveaway Competition")
2. The Giveaway Competition promoter is IVC Acquisition Ltd t/a Pet Drugs Online, whose registered office address is The Chocolate Factory, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2AU (“the Promoter”). 
3. The Giveaway Competition will run from 00:01 am on August 18th, 2025, to 23:59 pm on September 18th, 2025 (“the Promotional Period”). Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted or considered. 
4. The Giveaway Competition is being run in partnership with Catipilla, Rayware Limited (Mason Cash), Aventix (Max & Molly), The Lucy & Lola Shop, Antinol®, YuMOVE®, KONG®, DotDotPet, Doodlebone®, Charlie the Vet, ProDen PlaqueOff®, Zenifel, Ceva (Feliway), Zesty Paws®, and Petface® (“the Partners”). 
5. By entering the Giveaway Competition, you are deemed by your entry to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including agreeing to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about this Giveaway Competition. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not share your information with its partners or suppliers. 

The Prize

1. 2. The value of the Prize Package has been assessed at £735.94 as of 01/08/25. The Promoter and the Partners reserve the right to substitute the items comprising the Prize Package with alternative items of equal or higher value if they deem it necessary to do so. The Prize Package is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. 

Eligibility

3. The Giveaway Competition is open to individual participants who: 

1. Are a resident of the UK or Northern Ireland; and
2. Are aged 18 or over;

(together referred to as “Eligible Participants” and each referred to individually as an “Eligible Participant”). 

4. The following class of individuals are expressly prohibited from participating in the Giveaway Competition and will not therefore be Eligible Participants: 

1. Employees of the Promoter, its parent company or employees of the Independent Vetcare group of companies
2. Agents, subcontractors and advisors of the Promoter, its parent company and/or of the Independent Vetcare group of companies; an
3. An employee of any third party directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway Competition

How to Enter

5. All entries into the Giveaway Competition must be submitted using the methods stated. Entries submitted using any other method will not be accepted or considered. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

6. Entry into the Giveaway Competition is free and requires no purchase. 

7. To enter into the Giveaway Competition, Eligible Participants must either:  

1. Fill in the form on www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/giveaway; or 

2. Follow @Petdrugsonline on Instagram or Facebook, like and share the Promoter’s giveaway post on @petdrugsonline Instagram or Facebook, and tag three friends in the comments on the @petdrugsonline giveaway post. 

8. All entries will be anonymised and assigned an ID number. The numbers will then be entered into random number generator software, and a winner will be selected at random.

9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (if the entry was submitted on the website) or social media (if the entry was submitted on Facebook or Instagram), using details provided at entry, by 26th September 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.  

10. In some instances, the winner may need to contact a Partner directly to redeem an element of the Prize Package. Where this occurs, the winner must ensure that the Promoter is copied into any correspondence with the relevant Partner so that the Promoter can verify the individual as the winner. 

11. If the Promoter does not have enough information to contact the winner, or if a winner does not respond to its prize winning communication within 14 days, or does not accept, or rejects their prize, or fails to provide details required to enable delivery of the prize, or the entry is invalid, or the entry is in breach of these terms and conditions, then that winner’s prize may be forfeited from the relevant prize draw as determined by the Promoter, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

12. Upon the winner being notified of their win, the winner will be required to provide the Promoter with their address in order for the Promoter to send the winner their prize. The Promoter will endeavour to send the winner their prize by post within 14 days of receiving this information.  

13. If the winner posts their result online and tags @petdrugsonline, the Promoter may repost that post. 

14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway Competition is final and binding. 

15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure or failures or delays by postal services of any kind and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Giveaway Competition. 

16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize Package to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

Limitation of Liability

17. The Promoter and the Partners make no warranties or representations relating to the fitness of the Prize Package for the prize winner’s needs. The Promoter and the Partners shall therefore not be responsible or liable in connection with the same. 

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its agents or distributors) and the Partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Partners, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering this Giveaway Competition, or you accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law. 

General

20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway Competition, or to invalidate any affected entries at any time at its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of the Giveaway Competition from time to time.  

21. The Giveaway Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.  

22. The terms and conditions of the Giveaway Competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway Competition or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
