Equipalazone
Equipalazone also known as phenylbutazone or "bute," is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) commonly used in horses. It is primarily used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, laminitis, and other conditions that cause joint or muscle pain. It can also be used for fever reduction.
