Spend £50, £100 or £150 in a single transaction to earn a voucher.
3. Receive Your Voucher
Qualifying customers will receive their voucher from 5 October 2026.
- Customers with a valid email address registered to their Pet Drugs Online account will receive their voucher by email.
- Customers without an email address will receive their voucher by post.
4. Redeem & Save
Use your voucher on your next order before 23:59 on 29 October 2026.

What can I spend my voucher on?
Vouchers can be redeemed against eligible non-prescription products available at Pet Drugs Online.
Can I use my voucher on prescription medication?
No. Prescription medication is excluded from this promotion and vouchers cannot be used against prescription products.
Can I use my voucher towards delivery charges?
No. Voucher values can only be used against eligible products and cannot be applied to delivery charges or other fees.
Can I use my voucher with another offer?
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or code.
Can I use my voucher more than once?
No. Voucher codes are valid for one transaction only and may only be redeemed once.
What happens if I return an item purchased using a voucher?
Any refund will be processed in line with our Returns Policy. Voucher values will not be refunded, reissued or exchanged.

Lost, expired or unused voucher codes cannot be replaced, reissued or extended.
