PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Adult DM Diabetes Management® Wet Cat Food is a complete dietetic pet food for adult cats for the regulation of glucose supply (Diabetes mellitus) with a low level of total sugars (mono and disaccharides). This tasty wet food regulates glucose formation, provides protein as the main substrate to promote glucose production from hepatic gluconeogenesis via hepatic metabolism of amino acids and helps stimulate insulin secretion from pancreatic ß-cells. It also contains high levels of arginine to help stimulate insulin release.
PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Adult DM Diabetes Management® Wet Cat Food is recommended for; diabetes mellitus, enteritis and chronic diarrhoea. It is not suitable for chronic kidney disease, hepatic encephalopathy, pregnancy, lactation and growth.
