Dechra SPECIFIC® COW-HY Allergen Management Plus Wet Dog Food is recommended for dogs that suffer from allergic dermatitis caused by atopy, food allergy, flea allergy or any combination of these, allergies. This wet food contains uniquely high levels of the Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from fish oil and the Omega-6 fatty acid GLA from borage oil. These fatty acids can affect the immune response and support the skin and coat condition in dogs with atopy.
The increased levels of Vitamin A, E and B complex, Zinc and Selenium also support healthy skin and coat. The very high quality and highly digestible ingredients in this wet food also make the diet especially useful for patients with small intestinal diarrhoea.
This food is not recommended for immuno-deficient dogs or dogs with coagulation abnormalities.
