Make changes to your prescription order

Use our Order Tracker below to check the progress of your order. If we are still processing your prescription order, call us as soon as possible. A member of our team will be happy to help resolve any issues you have.

If your order has left our warehouse, there's nothing more we can do. We also cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our premises. If you need to change or cancel your order, get in touch with us as quickly as possible.

If you no longer need the medication, you can return it to us for safe disposal but we cannot refund the cost.
