Prescription Order Cancellation

If we are still processing your prescription order, call us as soon as possible so a member of our team can find and stop your order. If your order has left our warehouse, unfortunately, there's nothing more we can do.

We cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our premises. If you need to change or cancel your order, get in touch with us as quickly as possible.

If you no longer need the medication, you can return it to us for safe disposal but we cannot refund the cost.
