Competition Terms & Conditions

The Competition 

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Antinol® Giveaway Competition (“the Giveaway Competition”). 
2. The promoter of the Giveaway Competition is IVC Acquisition Ltd t/a Pet Drugs Online - whose registered office address is The Chocolate Factory, Keynsham, Bristol, BS31 2AU (“the Promoter”). 
3. The Giveaway Competition will be run from 00:01 am on 6th December 2025 to 12:00 on 19th December 2025 (“the Promotional Period”). Entries received after the Promotional Period has ended will not be accepted or considered. 
4. By entering the Giveaway Competition, you are deemed by your entry to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including agreeing to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about this Giveaway Competition. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at www.petdrugsonline.co.uk/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not share your information with any of its partners or suppliers. 

The Prize

1. There are two prize packages available: a Dog Prize Package and a Cat Prize Package.  
2. The prize package is comprised of Antinol® Joint Care Pro Soft Gel Capsules for Dogs (180 caps) or Antinol® Joint Care Pro Soft Gel Capsules for Cats (90 caps), depending on the entrant’s pet (“the Prize Package”).   
3. The value of the Prize Package has been assessed at: 
   1. £110.99 for the Dog Prize Package (05/12/2025) 
   2. £49.19 for the Cat Prize Package (05/12/2025) 
4. The Prize Package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered 

Eligability

1. The Giveaway Competition is open to individual participants who: 
   1. Are resident in the UK or Northern Ireland; and  
   2. Aged 18 or over; 
2. (together referred to as “Eligible Participants” and each referred to individually as an “Eligible Participant”). 
3. The following class of individuals are expressly prohibited from participating in the Giveaway Competition and will not therefore be Eligible Participants: 
   1. Employees of the Promoter, its parent company or employees of the Independent Vetcare group of companies; 
   2. Agents, subcontractors and advisors of the Promoter, its parent company and/or of the Independent Vetcare group of companies; and 
   3. An employee of any third party directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway Competition. 

How to Enter

1. All entries into the Giveaway Competition must be submitted by the methods stated, and entries submitted by any other methods will not be accepted or considered. Only one entry per person is permitted, and only one bonus photograph entry. 
2. Entry into the Giveaway Competition is free and no purchase is necessary. 
3. To enter into the Giveaway Competition, Eligible Participants must:  
   1. Follow @Petdrugsonline on Facebook, like and share the Promoter’s giveaway post on Facebook, and tag a friend in the comments on the @petdrugsonline giveaway post. 
   2. (optional) Post a picture of your pet in the comment section of the Giveaway Facebook post for a singular bonus entry. 
4. All entries will be anonymised, and a winner will be selected at random. 
5. The winner will be notified by Facebook message using the Eligible Participant’s Facebook profile provided at entry, after 12:00pm 19th December 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.  
6. If the Promoter does not have enough information to contact the winner, or if a winner does not respond to its prize winning communication within 14 days, or does not accept, or rejects their prize, or fails to provide details required to enable delivery of the prize, or the entry is invalid, or the entry is in breach of these terms and conditions, then that winner’s prize may be forfeited from the relevant prize draw as determined by the Promoter, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
7. Upon the winner being notified of their win, the winner will be required to provide Promoter with their address in order for Promoter to send the winner their prize. The Promoter will endeavour to send the winner their prize by post within 14 days of it receiving this information.  
8. If the winner posts their result online and tags @petdrugsonline, the Promoter may repost that post. 
9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway Competition is final and binding. 
10. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure or failures or delays by postal services of any kind and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the Giveaway Competition. 
11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize Package to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

Limitation of Liability

1. The Promoter makes no warranties or representations relating to the fitness of the Prize Package for the prize winner’s needs. The Promoter shall therefore not be responsible or liable in connection with the same. 
2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its agents or distributors) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Partners, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering this Giveaway Competition, or you accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law. 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway Competition, or to invalidate any affected entries at any time at its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of the Giveaway Competition from time to time.  
2. The Giveaway Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.  
3. The terms and conditions of the Giveaway Competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway Competition or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Competition

The prize 

1. The prize package is comprised of 1 x Scruffs Aspen Pet Blanket in Cream, 1 x Scruffs Cantina Steel Storage Pet Food & Treat Canister in Cream, 1 x Scruffs Harvard Memory Foam Orthopaedic Box Bed for Dogs in Graphite Grey, and 2 x Scruffs Ombre Pet Food & Water Bowl in Blue (“the Prize Package”).   
2. The value of the Prize Package has been assessed at £170.91 (05/12/2025). 
3. The Prize Package is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered 

Eligibility  

1. The Giveaway Competition is open to individual participants who: 
   1. Are resident in the UK or Northern Ireland; and  
   2. Aged 18 or over;

4. All entries will be anonymised, and a winner will be selected at random. 
5. The winner will be notified by direct Instagram message using the Eligible Participant’s Instagram profile provided at entry, after 12:00pm, 19th December 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.  
6. If the Promoter does not have enough information to contact the winner, or if a winner does not respond to its prize winning communication within 14 days, or does not accept, or rejects their prize, or fails to provide details required to enable delivery of the prize, or the entry is invalid, or the entry is in breach of these terms and conditions, then that winner’s prize may be forfeited from the relevant prize draw as determined by the Promoter, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 
7. Upon the winner being notified of their win, the winner will be required to provide Promoter with their address in order for Promoter to send the winner their prize. The Promoter will endeavour to send the winner their prize by post within 14 days of it receiving this information.  
8. If the winner posts their result online and tags @petdrugsonline, the Promoter may repost that post. 
9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway Competition is final and binding.
