Cancel, Pause or Skip Subscription

We've made all of our Easy-Repeat orders as simple and convenient for your needs as possible.

Every order is fully customisable. Just head to the Subscriptions tab in My Account to view your prescription orders. Here, you can choose to:

• Take a break by Pausing your Easy-Repeat order
• Prevent over-ordering with options to Skip your Easy-Repeat order for a month
• Call it quits and Cancel your Easy-Repeat Order

You can also set up new Easy-Repeat orders in a flash, so if you or your pet's needs change, we've got you covered!
