How to Send Your Client's Prescription

We process thousands of prescriptions every day for our customers, and we can do the same for your clients too. Send your client's prescription direct to us in just 3 steps:

1. Create the Prescription

Make sure that you sign and date the prescription either by printing out a paper copy, or by electronically signing and locking an editable PDF.

2. Save a Digital Copy of the Prescription

Once you’ve signed the prescription, either scan the paper version to upload a digital copy or create a copy of the editable PDF prescription. Make sure you copy all pages of the prescription.

3. Send us The Prescription by Email

Once you have a digital copy, attach all the necessary pages to an email addressed to prescriptions@petdrugsonline.co.uk. Include the client’s surname and postcode in the subject line of the email.

That’s all there is to it!

Once received, our compliance team will check the prescription against the client’s order. The vet-approval time for prescriptions is up to two working days. If there are any issues during this process, a member of our team will contact you for confirmation before the client’s order can be dispatched, or you can get in touch with us at any time.
