Tiacil Ophthalmic Solution is a gentamicin eye drop.

Tiacil (Gentamicin) is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic for most bacterial eye infections. Its viscous formulation reduces the likelihood of elimination via the lacrimal ducts.

This is used for the treatment of eye infections this includes conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, anterior uveitis and blepharitis.

This solution also protects the cornea from collagenase enzymes that is caused by Pseudomonas spp.

The atraumatic rubber applicator ensures minimal damage during application and is easy to administer.

This treatment can be used in dogs, cats and rabbits.
