(Formerly Fuciderm Gel)
Isaderm is a white, translucent gel and is for the topical treatment of skin diseases such as wet eczema (acute moist dermatitis) and intertrigo (skin fold dermatitis) on dogs.
It is supplied in 15g or 30g tubes of gel.
The gel contains fusidic acid and betamethasone. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid and an anti-inflammatory and the fusidic acid is an anti-biotic.
Isaderm Gel is a prescription item and will be sent once a valid prescription is received. Please follow the instructions given by your vet.
How to apply: First, the hairs that are covering the lesions need to be gently clipped. The area then needs to be thoroughly cleaned with an antiseptic wash before every daily application of the gel. A thin layer of gel needs to be applied twice daily for a minimum of 5 days. After the lesion has resolved, treatment will still need to be given for 48 hours.
The dog should be prevented from licking the treated areas as risk of ingesting the product.
Corticosteroids can produce irreversible effects in the skin. Once absorbed, it can have harmful effects. Pregnant women need to take extra care to avoid accidental exposure.
Do not apply to the eye.
Do not use where a fungal or viral infection is present.
Isaderm Gel is a prescription item and will be sent once a valid prescription is received.

I would have rated 5 stars but one of my items was slightly delayed in the post. Exactly the products I required were available at exceptionally good prices so I really can't complain at all.
My boxer dog has had the trots since she arrived age eight weeks. our vet has tried her on all manner of antibiotics which have not helped. Most Royal Canin which have not helped. When she was nine
Great value for money. My 2 year old male cat has been on this for a while now prescribed by our vet for urinary probs and also to cut down on calories has he gains weights very easily. But costs around £19.00. From the vet so this is great value for money and I certainly be ordering from pet drugs online next time.
