PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Adult & Senior NF Renal® Function Dry Dog Food is a complete dietetic pet food for adult dogs for the support of renal function in case of chronic renal insufficiency with restricted levels of high-quality proteins and phosphorus. This diet is also suitable for the reduction of cystine and urate stone formation, with low levels of protein and urine alkalinising properties. This dry food has low phosphorus levels to help slow the progression of chronic kidney disese (CKD) and minimise the risk of secondary hyperparathyroidism. It contains restricted high-quality proteins to help minimise loss of muscle, formation of uraemic toxins and their associated morbidity. The added omega-3 fatty acids help to minimise glomerular hypertension and help support natural anti-inflammatory processes.

PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Adult & Senior NF Renal® Function Dry Dog Food is recommended for chronic kidney disease (CKD), protein-losing nephropathy, conditions that require restricted dietary sodium, reduction of calcium oxalate urinary stone formation, reduction of urate and cystine urinary stone formation, a hepatic disease associated with encephalopathy and renal failure associated with leishmaniasis. It is not suitable for conditions that require high protein or phosphorus intake, pregnancy, lactation and growth.
