Protexin Veterinary Pro-Kolin Enterogenic Powder Sachets support cats and dogs to live a happy, healthy life by supporting intestinal health, modulating the immune system, stabilising the gut microbiome and supporting normal cobalamin (vitamin B12) levels. Designed for long-term use, the tasty artificial chicken-flavoured powder contains no meat protein and can be added to food daily for as long as needed, or as advised by a veterinarian.

The powder contains the probiotic Enterococcus faecium (DSM 10663/NCIMB 10415) 4b170, which helps promote good bacteria in the gut microbiome, while the prebiotic Fibersol helps feed them. The postbiotic Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. Lactis CECT 8145 also helps modulate gut health. Safmannan, purified from the postbiotic yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, provides mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS) and beta-glucans, which help modulate the immune system. The binding clay Bentonite helps absorb and expel toxins.

Protexin Veterinary Pro-Kolin Enterogenic Powder Sachets also contain L-threonine and N-acetyl D-glucosamine to support the mucus layer – the protective barrier lining their gut, and Cobalamin, also known as vitamin B12, plays an essential role in cell function, DNA synthesis, metabolising amino and fatty acids, and the formation of red blood cells.
