Protexin CystoPro has been developed to encourage urinary tract health. Infections may occur when bacteria attach and multiply along the urinary tract. CystoPro contains an active ingredient derived from cranberries which is in a class of antioxidants called Proanthocyanidins (PACs). CystoPro also contains probiotics, prebiotics and N-acetyl D-glucosamine. CystoPro combines 4 innovative ingredients and is chicken flavoured to increase effectiveness and palatability.
It comes in packs of 30 and 120 capsules.
The capsules can be given whole or opened, and the palatable contents sprinkled onto food. The recommended dosage per body weight is:
<20kg - 1 capsule daily
20-40kg - 2 capsules daily
40-60kg - 3 capsules daily
Give for as long as considered necessary or as advised by your veterinary surgeon
Our vet says... "CystoPro aids the management of urinary tract infections. The capsules contain powerful antioxidants, probiotics and prebiotics. It’s a really effective treatment and can be given whole, split in half or sprinkled on food. It has a chicken flavour so your pet shouldn’t mind taking them. You can buy in 30 or 60 capsules."

"My big & beautiful Labradoodle Ruby, has suffered with frequently UTI infections, since a puppy. Expensive vet visits & courses of antibiotics had been necessary every few months.. A new vet recently advised that it was Possibly because Ruby had been spayed at too early an age, before her first season. This meant that her female anatomy was underdeveloped, resulting in this problem. I have since discovered CystoPro & to my amazement, no UTI infections for well over 6 months. Ruby is now 9 so I am hoping that we can avoid any further painful & debilitating infections. Highly recommend"/ (Posted on
