Dear Bryony. Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to see that you were unhappy with our service. As you can see from our near 20,000 excellent/good reviews most customers are extremely happy with our service. I have spoken to my colleagues in customer service to look into this further and from what I understand there were a number of issues with the prescription you supplied to us and that we contacted you promptly regarding these in working hours and provided a good level of customer service. As I am sure you can appreciate we can only despatch prescription medication once we've received a valid and readable prescription and once this has been checked. As we get a large number of orders we also have different specialist teams dealing with different areas such as phone calls and emails versus checking prescriptions and all communications go into a central mailbox where all correspondence is logged and tracked. As a result it's not possible to have the same person dealing with both emails and checking your prescription etc all the way through the process especially with different working times and holidays etc. It is also worth stressing that had there not been an issue with the prescriptions we initially received there would also not have been any need to contact you further. From what I have seen you placed your order on Thursday 22nd at 21:42 but uploaded an incorrect prescription. We advised you of this the next day given your order was placed on Thursday evening and you advised that you would upload a correct one when you were home from work. We then received the correct prescription the following day Saturday 24th, however this was unreadable and we emailed back within 10 minutes of receiving it to advise this. We then received a clear/readable prescription on Sunday 25th which we acknowledged on the Monday advising that it would be despatched that day (Monday) for delivery on the Tuesday. My colleagues mentioned that you had wanted the item to be delivered that same day on the Monday which as I am sure you can appreciate was not possible (as orders can only go out on a next day service).I hope that provides more information. Please do not hesitate to contact me on email@example.com should you have any further queries.Jon (E-Commerce Manager)
The graduations are large and clearly marked making accurate dosing easy.
The built in needle is so fine that my dog does not seem to notice the injections.
