Sarah received her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Liverpool in 1997. Over her career, Sarah has worked in all manner of veterinary practices, caring for small animals, horses, farm animals, and even tigers and monkeys in private zoos.

Despite having moved on from clinical work, Sarah stuck close to the veterinary industry, working in clinical management before completing her MBA and PhD at the University of Bath where she holds a visiting researcher position.

Now, Sarah is Head of Veterinary Compliance for Pet Drugs Online where she and her devoted team play a crucial role in maintaining our high animal welfare standards. At home, she has a very demanding rescue cat called Louie who rules the household and refuses to share his space with any other animals.
