Perivale keeps my cat regular and currently she eats the capsule with her food. Sometimes I have to cur it open and sprinkle it on her food.
My Vet recommended I use Peridale capsules for my cat as he suffers from constipation even though he has wet food. They seem to be working.
Am using the Peridale capsules only when necessary to help with anal gland problems in one of my cats. Seems to work but difficult to tell. Quite difficult to get the capsules open to sprinkle the contents on food so I've resorted to cutting the top off them.
Expensive, but really help with our cats toilet bulk and prevents his constipation. He has a dry food diet and some fish daily. He has one capsule, once a day, which we open and mix with a small amount of Webbox 'lick-e-lix' which he likes. Occasionally, he has two capsules if constipated or eats too much.. There is always water available which is essential. The peridale in the capsules is ground finer than just the granules.
