Wrong food sent, Had problems getting them to agree for it to be sent back to them and a refund. It was collected by their courier but I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED
On 29 Nov 2016 Pet Drugs Online responded:
I have now had time to look into this further and also discussed this with the manufacturer Hills. I understand that Hills have spoken to you and also confirmed that you have received the correct food from us. The item that you received was the same as what was advertised on our website which is the latest packaging. It seems that there may have been some confusion as Hills have updated their packaging recently and whilst the product itself is the same, the packaging would look slightly different to what you have purchased previously.
With regard to the refund, we can confirm that this was refunded on 17th November so please contact us on 01761 603141 or firstname.lastname@example.org if we can be of any further help.
As I hope you can appreciate we have sent you the correct items that were ordered and also refunded you on 17th November.
We use this food on the recommendation of our vet as our Labrador has idiopathic epilepsy and it is thought seizures could be linked to dietary intolerance.
