Royal Canin Vet Diet Dog Food: Diabetic Special Wet Canine

Royal Canin Canine Diabetic DS37 is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated to regulate glucose supply (Diabetes Mellitus). This feed contains a low level of rapid glucosereleasing carbohydrates.

It is available in 1.5kg, 7kg and 12kg bags.

- High protein: high protein content. Maintenance of muscle mass is essential in overweight diabetic dogs

- Antioxidant complex: a synergistic complex of antioxidants to help neutralise free radicals

Ingredients: Dehydrated poultry protein, barley, wheat gluten*, maize gluten, vegetable fibres, animal fats, tapioca, beet pulp, hydrolysed animal proteins, fish oil, psyllium husks and seeds, fructo-oligo-saccharides, minerals, marigold extract (source of lutein). ADDITIVES (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin A: 15900 IU, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, E1 (Iron): 30 mg, E2 (Iodine): 3 mg, E4 (Copper): 4 mg, E5 (Manganese): 39 mg, E6 (Zinc): 118 mg, E8 (Selenium): 0.03 mg - Preservatives - Antioxidants. ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS: Protein: 37% - Fat content: 12% - Crude ash: 5.2% - Crude fibres: 6.4% - Starch: 19.1% - Essential fatty acids: 2.76% - Total sugars: 1.5% *L.I.P.: protein selected for its very high assimilation.

It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Initially feed DIABETIC for up to 6 months.

For Light items (under 2kg) our standard method is Royal Mail Second Class (there are a few exceptions, so if in doubt check our Delivery page).

To get it faster you can upgrade Light items to Royal Mail 1st Class or a Guaranteed Next Day Courier service, Saturday Courier or even before 12 noon services. There's a small fee, but if you're in a hurry they are worth considering. To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday. There is no standard Saturday courier delivery.

Heavy items weighing 2kg and more are sent via courier. If ordered before noon Monday to Thursday, Heavy items will be delivered next working day. Heavy items ordered after 12 Noon Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday will dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Please note that if you are purchasing a mix of Light and Heavy items at the same time, these will be sent separately. The Heavy items being sent by Courier, the Light items by Royal Mail Second Class.
