The product contains L-tryptophan and green tea extract. Green tea, combined with L-tryptophan, provides the essential amino acids that stimulate the production of serotonin. Serotonin plays an important role in maintaining calm and relaxation in animals. This product also contains vitamin B1. A deficiency in this important vitamin has been linked to nervous disorders.
