Cortavance spray is a topically applied veterinary medicine used to treat inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions in dogs and for alleviation of clinical signs associated with atopic dermatitis in dogs. It contains the active substance hydrocortisone aceponate and is formulated to have a pronounced effect on the skin with minimal systemic effects in the body.

It is effective for conditions where there is an allergic or sensitivity reaction as the underlying cause.

It is not advised to cover the entire dog on one occasion.
