The fastest way for your prescription to be processed is by uploading it when prompted at the checkout before you complete your order. You can also choose the To Be Sent by Vet option to have your vet send us your pet’s prescription directly.

If you don't have your prescription to hand, you can also upload prescriptions later in My Account linked below or by sending it to us by email.

For controlled drugs, we need to see the original prescription which you can send to us by post. More information for this can be found on our prescription information page.
