Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary Moderate Calorie
Royal Canin Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie UMC 34 is a complete dietetic feed for cats. Its urine acidifying properties and its low level of magnesium make it suitable for dissolving struvite stones and reducing their recurrence. It is also formulated for the nutritional management of cats with lower urinary tract disease. Its moderate calorie content makes it particularly suitable for cats in which ideal weight is hard to maintain. Not recommended in cases of pregnancy.
It is available in 1.5kg, 3.5kg and 7kg bags.
Struvite dissolution – Helps dissolve all types of struvite stones.
Moderate calorie – Helps to maintain ideal weight.
Urine dilution – Make the urine less liable to form struvite and calcium oxalate stones.
Low RSS – Helps lower the concentration of ions contributing to crystal formation.

This is a great value product, since being on this product my cats health has got so much better with no recurrence of his bladder stones
Our cat has been on this diet for over 13 years, he has not had any stones since and he loves it, won't eat anything else!
This prescription cat food is the only thing my cat is allowed to eat (long story) so reliability of delivery is really important. I order a 6kg bag every 3 mths or so, saving me considerable money, time & wear & tear from not having to carry it(!)
My cat has to have this diet I havent chosen to feed my cat on this however he loves it and never turns his nose up and he is a fussy cat
Dose what it says. Having experienced a very large bill at the vets because of a urinary infection life and death. I'm worry free.
This product was recommended by the vet for my Mum & Dad's cat & she has definitely lost weight and has less urinary problems
My cat loves this dry food - he thinks it is treats, and would eat it all the time. Unfortunately he drinks very little, in spite of having an electric water fountain, so I can't let him have it exclusively. I would much prefer to - it is smell free and doesn't attract flies or go bad.
Since my 8yr old neutered tom has been on these, he hasn't had an episode of FLUTD. They were recommended by the vet as he refused to eat the wet food. I always add water to them to help maintain his fluid intake.
Prescribed by the vet for my cat 14 years ago fro bladder stone, since being on this food, no more visits required to the vet and the only thing he will eat!
