Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary High Dilution Feline
Royal Canin Urinary S/O High Dilution UHD 34 is a complete dietetic feed for cats. Its urine acidifying properties and its low level of magnesium make it suitable for dissolving struvite stones and reducing their recurrence. It is also formulated for the nutritional management of cats with lower urinary tract disease. Not recommended in cases of pregnancy.
It is available in 1.5kg, 3.5kg and 7kg bags.
Struvite dissolution – Helps dissolve all types of struvite stones.
Urine dilution – Makes the urine less liable to form struvite and calcium oxalate stones.
Low RSS – Helps lower the concentration of ions contributing to crystal formation.
Lower magnesium – Reduced level of magnesium, a natural component of struvite crystals.

Have used this product, having been recommended by vet, for some years for one of my three cats who has suffered terribly in the past from struvite stones. It is excellent and has, so far, kept him struvite free. He also absolutely loves the taste....though so do the other two, and they are always stealing mouthfuls (though they have their own dry foods!).
my cat is on this food long term and will save me money exactly same as I obtain from the vet and much cheaper
Tried this for my cat who was suffering from urinary crystals. She immediately improved and now back to health. All my other cats love these biscuits as well. more so than any other brand they've had.
This food was recommended by my vet as Thomas who is 2 years old has suffered from recurring FLUTD for the past 18 months. He absolutely loves this food and would eat more if he could. Although it is more expensive than other foods it does seem to be lasting for a long time so I think it is well worth the extra cost and hopefully it will mean no more expensive and stressful visits to the vets.
Great product. My tomcat has been on it for a number of years now, prescribed by vet and there has been no problems.
Used this product as advised by my vet since my cat had crystals in his bladder 4 years ago, works out cost effective. I buy the large bag and it lasts 9 months, no more crystals, happy cat :)
"Does what it says on the tin". After a horrific round of operations, culminating in an £1100 vet bill for one cat (😯), all were put on this and have had no reoccurrence of uroliths. Excellent product, highly recommended (especially for boy cats).
