You also agree that Pet Drugs Online holds no information regarding your credit/debit/bank account details and that all of this information is processed in a secure manner by the third party online payment provider.

Deliveries

When you purchase any products from Pet Drugs Online you agree that Pet Drugs Online uses Royal Mail Standard Delivery and that Pet Drugs Online are not responsible for your order once it has been dispatched. In some situations Pet Drugs Online may issue you with a free replacement of the items in your order in the case that the original order was lost in the post, but this is entirely Pet Drugs Online's Decision and will only be considered after an investigation of your failed delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Prescription Products
Due to legal requirements we cannot accept returned prescription medicines or offer a refund on prescription medicines purchased.
Non Prescription Products
For non-prescription products you are allowed 7 days to cancel the order from receipt of the product:
1. Please send us an email to contact@petdrugsonline.co.uk to cancel the order.
2. Return items using the address on the invoice received with the delivery. Please ensure you provide us with your name and contact details. In order to recieve a full refund please return the items unopened and in good condition.
3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. We will compensate you for postage only if we have sent the wrong order.
We can only process and refund items returned from petdrugsonline.co.uk

Use of the Web Site

When using the Pet Drugs Online Web Site you agree that we can collect non-personal information from your computer for use in analytical research, and for any other research Pet Drugs Online conducts.
