How to Shop with Pet Drugs Online:

Purchasing products from Pet Drugs online is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

Product Search.

1. Select a category from the list on the left hand side of the page. Alternatively, you can select a pet type or pet picture.
2. Depending on your choice, you will be presented with a Product Catalogue Screen. You will be presented with a list of products that match your product/pet type selection. From here you can browse through the products by scrolling up and down. There are 10 items on each page, and to change pages simply click on the page number at the top or bottom of the products page. The number of pages will vary depending on how many results were returned.
3. At the top of the Product Catalogue Screen, you can narrow or open up your search further by using the drop down boxes attached to the Pet, Category, Prescription and Search headings. Click on any of the options and then click view to change your search.
4. You may also search our online store using the search box provided to the left of the page. Simply type in what category you are looking for or type in the product name and click the ‘go’ button. Again, when you reach the product catalogue page, you can filter out your search further i.e. prescription or non prescription products.
5. When you have located the item you are looking for, you will see a picture and a summary of the product. From here you can click the ‘more’ button, which will give you further information on the product, a larger picture and any related links or websites.
6. To add the product to your cart, simply choose the required item from the drop down box, type in the quantity and click the ‘add to basket’ button. Prescription drugs are clearly marked with a ‘Prescription Required’ button. Please make a note of any products you are ordering which require a prescription as we cannot dispatch any of your items until we receive a signed prescription from your local Veterinary for each and every item in your order that requires a prescription, even if you have already paid.

Shopping Basket.

1. Each time you add a product, you will be taken to your shopping basket. From here you can proceed to checkout or return to search for more products. As you search the site, you will see in the top left hand corner, the products that are in your shopping basket. To return to the checkout page, click on the ‘proceed to cart’ button in this section.
2. You will now be at the shopping cart. If you wish to change the quantity of anything in your shopping cart, simply type in the amount and click ‘recalculate’. If you would like to remove a product click the ‘remove’ button.                 
3. Now, click on your preferred postage option, followed by your payment route of WorldPay or PayPal. Prescription and non-prescription items (except very heavy items and pet food under 6kg) will be dispatched FREE by Second Class Royal Mail Post.

Confirm Order.

1. You will now enter the Confirm Your Order Screen. Here you can check your order and delivery options.  For more information on delivery options and charges, please read the Delivery Information Page.
2. Once at the checkout, your order will be logged against your account and you can proceed with payment online with your choosen option, or you can send us a cheque for the total amount made payable to 'Pet Drugs Online'. Please send all cheque's to:
