If your pet needs their medication sooner, we can deliver it by Royal Mail 1st Class or a guaranteed Next Day Courier service for a small fee (for items in stock ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday - excludes Saturday delivery).
Food deliveries - food orders weighing 2kg and over ordered before 12pm will be delivered next working day by Courier Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays). Food orders weighing 6kg and over also qualify for free next working day courier delivery. Please note that if you are purchasing non-food items at the same time as food items weighing 2kg and over, these will be sent separately by second class post.
Orders under £20 have a £2.50 handling fee automatically added.

Brilliant service,I am delighted I discovered PDO ( my vet is not!) sing their praises to all and sundry,devoted to my dogs,but have to budget as well...
I have used pet drugs online for a few years now and I have only been let down once and that was only because they sent tablets instead of capsules.
A very good service with much cheaper products than a few sites. The prescription was dealt with swiftly and no hitches. I have saved a small fortune already.
said they could deliver to Jersey, took my money, forgot to tell me they don't deliver to Jersey, I had to chase order to be eventually told that I couldn't purchase from them. Refund was wrong by £20 so I had to chase that. Very disappointed as up 'til then comms had been good. Fortunately and just in time before running out of food I found an alternative supplier who delivered when they said they would!
