How to Shop with Pet Drugs Online

Purchasing products from Pet Drugs online is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

1. First of all, select a category from the list of categories on the left hand side of the page. Depending on your choice, you will be presented with a Pet Selection Screen. Alternatively, you can select a pet from the 'Shop by Pet Type' list.
   
   
2. On the Pet Selection Screen, simply click on the image that represents the type of Pet you are shopping for. If you selected a Pet type in step 1, then you can now select the product category to browse.
   
   
3. You are now presented with a list of products that match your product selection. From here you can browse through the products by scrolling up and down. There are 10 items on each page, and to change pages simply click on the page number at the top or bottom of the products page. The number of pages will vary depending on how many results were returned. You can choose which type of products to display when you reach the products listing. You can view All products that match your search criteria, or choose to view just Prescription or Non Prescription products that match your search criteria.
   
   
4. You may also search our online store using the search box provided to the left of the page. Simply type in what you are looking for and click the search button. Again, when you reach the product listing you can filter out prescription or non prescription products.
   
   
5. When you have located the item you are looking for, click its 'Add to Cart' Button. Prescription drugs are clearly marked with a Prescription Required button. Please make a note of any products you are ordering which require a prescription as we cannot dispatch any of your items until we receive a signed prescription from your local Veterinary for each and every item in your order that requires a prescription, even if you have already paid.

6. You will now be at the shopping cart. If you wish to change the quantity of anything in your shopping cart, simply click on the and for each product in the cart to add and subtract each items quantity.




7. The shopping cart keeps you updated with the total cost of your order, the total weight of the order and the delivery charge for the order. For more information delivery charges, please read the Delivery Information Page. Please note that there is a minimum order value of £6.00.
   
   
8. When you have filled your shopping cart with the items you required, you can then proceed to the Checkout. You must be logged in before you can reach the checkout, and you will be prompted to login if you haven't already done so. If you don't have an account, you can click the Register Now button to create one. Once you have created an account, you can continue to the checkout.
   
   
9. Once at the checkout, your order will be logged against your account and you can proceed with payment. You can proceed to pay online with PayPal, or you can send us a cheque for the total amount made payable to 'Pet Drugs Online'. Please send all cheque's to:

   Please note that although your order at this stage has been saved against your account, you are not committed to buying the products until we have received payment for them. If you decide you do not wish to order after all, then your order will be automatically removed from your account after 7-10s if we have not received payment.
